The Houses

 

The houses are panel built homes prefabricated and assembled on-site.  Each section of the walls is assembled on a permanent foundation previously built. 

 

The house has an area of 46.6 square meters, is earthquake resistant with a living-dinning room, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Includes electrical and sewer connections, septic bio-tank and a 1.2 cubic meter water cistern. The construction is fast and has much more longer life span than traditional homes.
